I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while clean and a good size, were a bit expensive considering the basic amenities provided. The service was friendly, especially from Glorie Ann and Rana who were very helpful. The location is convenient, close to the metro station and Mall of the Emirates, but the dining options were limited. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel room was smaller than expected, with a strong cigarette smell in the non-smoking room. However, the staff, especially Mr Kiran at reception, was helpful and efficient during check-in.

The hotel offers nice rooms and a good reception experience, with some noise issues from a nearby vending machine. Glorie Ann at the reception stands out for her helpful and friendly service. The location is premium and accessible for everything, though there are shops nearby that stay open late into the night.

The dining options are varied and recommended, within walking distance. The facilities are excellent, making for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was very tidy and clean. The reception staff was very helpful by allowing us to check in early in the morning without extra charges, which was a fantastic gesture. However, it would be nice to have more complimentary offers like chips or chocolate for each traveler. The only downside was the wait of 45 minutes in the queue before the room was ready.

The hotel was small and cosy with warm air conditioning. The attentive staff, including Jefferson and Othman, kept the rooms in tip-top clean condition. A delightfully maintained place by housekeeping.

My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and convenient due to its proximity to the Metro station. While the décor felt a bit dated, the rooms were cozy and made my stay very relaxing. However, the bathroom could use some updating.
